3. Nature of Service

Numera is a blockchain-based reward and engagement platform offering users digital tokens ("Numera Coins") for in-app activities, referrals, or participation in promotional packages. These tokens:

• Are not legal tender or securities.
• Are not backed or guaranteed by any financial institution.
• May be used only within the app for listed utilities (e.g., mobile recharge, discounts, digital services).

4. No Investment or Income Guarantee

Numera Coins are utility tokens. We do not guarantee any return, profit, or fixed income. Users receive tokens solely based on their participation and staking preferences.

5. Staking and Lock-in Period

• Users can stake Numera Coins for 2 or 3 years to receive additional rewards.
• 2-year staking: +100% bonus tokens
• 3-year staking: +150% bonus tokens
• Withdrawals are restricted until Numera is listed on public exchanges.
• Users can redeem 1% of their token balance monthly for in-app services.

Nothing on Numera should be interpreted as financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Users should do their own research and consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Numera, its team, and affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from:

• Platform downtime
• Smart contract bugs or errors
• Changes in token value
• Regulatory actions in your jurisdiction

8. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate KYC information when required
• Not use the platform for unlawful activities
• Comply with your local laws regarding digital assets

9. Modification and Termination
